I've decided to add an ivory/white yarn with brown, tan, copper, and black flecks in the string to the afghan on one end, I think I like the idea of an asymmetrical look but who knows. the stitch count got a little off but I fixed it so hopefully it will not be too noticeable in the final product. I am excited for the finished product, and until next time.

afghan progress
some crochet progress for this Friday evening, I'm taking on the task of making my first afghan. It is composed of double and single crochet stitching alternating. I hope to finish in a few weeks, or at least before it gets too terribly cold. I will have better lighting and pictures soon as well. Until next time, have a good night.
